A bit about me...
My philosophy for health and wellness is one of bringing the body back to balance through six fundamental foundations:
· Sleep
· Hydration
· Nutrition
· Movement
· Breathing
· Thoughts
I have confidence that with thorough assessment techniques, I can identify what you need to do to regain the mental, physical and spiritual state that allows you live your life; pain free, happy and healthy.
I have a long-held passion for health and fitness. Having started in 1994 with “exercise to music”, I then went on to gain my gym instructor qualification @ the YMCA.
1995-2000 - I worked as an in-house personal trainer / studio instructor at Livingwell Health Club Millbank.
2001-2010 - I freelanced as a studio instructor teaching everything from Hi/Lo, Step, LBT through to BodyPump, BodyCombat, Spinning. Mainly teaching in the City of London and Canary Wharf. In 2007 I also qualified as a Personal Trainer with CYQ.
2010 - I joined Fitness First as a Personal Trainer, working in London Bridge, St Pauls, Tower Hill and Monument.
2014 - I qualified as a Chek Practioner Level 2 and Holistic Lifestyle Coach Level 1 (Chek Institute)
