My aim is to make this step easy… 

Firstly, we must establish “the why”… what is your motivation?

When clients have a strong enough "why" the "how" of their training becomes easier to do.

Once your motivation is uncovered, you will then complete a series of questionnaires and I will conduct a Comprehensive Postural Assessment.

These will form the basis of your bespoke exercise program, will include: 
• Corrective stretches 
• Resistance training 
• Cardio workouts

You will receive an easy-to-follow detailed description of your exercise program, including acute variables such as Rest, Tempo, Intensity, Duration, Reps and Sets. This information along with Video clips of each of your exercises is all available for you to view via my website.
